1. Toothpaste
2. Teaspoon of baking soda
3. Teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide
First run your toothbrush through water. Then put some toothpaste on your toothbrush.
Sprinkle some baking soda on top. Lastly, pour a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide on top. Do this once a week until you reach the results you are looking for. After that, repeat only about once every month or two.
