Recipe, Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore

What you'll need:

1. 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (cut in halves)
2. 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes (I used Hunt's)
3. 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
4. 1 onion, chopped
5. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
6. 1 pack of mushrooms, chopped
7. Salt to taste
8. Pepper to taste
9. Sugar to taste
10. Basil to taste



Cook on low heat for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with wine, spaghetti, salad, and/or garlic bread for a complete meal.
